1. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the case of pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions; any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Returns and refunds

5. Warranty

Every MedbedQ Infrared Mat includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

6. Health and safety notice

Our products are general wellness devices. They are not medical devices, are not FDA-cleared or approved, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary.

Read the user manual before first use. This product is for adult use only. Do not use during pregnancy, over open wounds, or over cancerous or suspected cancerous lesions. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition, take photosensitizing medication, or have a history of light-triggered seizures. Do not exceed 30 minutes per session. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with its operation.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, and logos — is our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR THIS SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
