30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your MedbedQ Infrared Mat, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. No explanation required.

Condition of returned items

Returns must include all components originally shipped — both panels, controller, power adapter, and power cord — along with the original packaging where possible. Items may be used and tested; that's the point of the guarantee. However, we can't accept items that are damaged beyond normal testing, missing components, or returned without prior authorization.

How to start a return

Email support@medbedq.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within one business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please don't ship anything back before receiving authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or our error, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method — we can't issue a refund for a package that doesn't reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different package (for example, exchanging a Single Set for a Duo Bundle), email support@medbedq.com. We'll arrange the exchange and either invoice the difference or refund it.

Defective or damaged items

If your mat arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at support@medbedq.com with photographs and your order number. Defective items are covered separately by the 1-year manufacturer warranty, which applies in addition to this return policy.

Warranty

Every MedbedQ Infrared Mat includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal cosmetic wear. To make a warranty claim, email support@medbedq.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Items not eligible for return

Gift cards and any item marked "final sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
